Scammer Natalia

After corresponding with for a week or so I received this letter:


Darling, my nephew, my dear small nephew, he is sick! Honey, he
got sick last night and was brought to the hospital at 3 o'clock at night,
he has diarea, constant sickness and fever:((((( honey,
I am so desperate!!! can you help me and my family to buy the medicines
for him?? The medicines and hospital treatment are so
expensive here in the war zone!!! The doctor gave my sister the list of
the medicines and we realized that we would need at least 300
dollars for it:(((((( We do not have such a money!!!!!!! Please help us!!!
I can not write you a longer letter because I need to rush to
the hospital to help my sister who has a fever too so I have to take care
about both of them. we truly hope for your help, honey!! I love
you!!!! I have to rush to the hospital!! Kiss you.... Natalia
