Received unsolicited email from person who claimed they got my address from a dating site. Correspondence consisted of lengthy pre-written letters with occasional references to my letters. What set this individual apart was the fact she video called me twice through WhatsApp before claiming to have broken her phone, so the woman in the pictures is in some way directly involved if not the actual scammer. She fell in love after a month, claimed she received a visa without ever visiting the US Consulate, but now does not have enough money to pay for a round trip flight and requested I send $400 to her name at a Western Union office in Almaty.
