Scammer Marie-Christine/ Rose Caroline Villeneuve/ Malannee Marie-Christine/Rose Caroline

I had this scammer contact me earlier this month via russiancupid.com. They sent me a contact using the name Marie-Christine Villeneuve, she stated she was in Nantes, France. The email used I checked with this site there was nothing recorded against it. I requested a picture. This took some time to get, but eventually they did send one picture. I have checked the picture with google images and tineye. There was nothing recorded. They did want to talk on skype and gave me the name rosecarolinemalannee. I talked with them about the difference name on skype. They stated it was there twin sisters details. During the conversation on skype they stated they were bored in ouagadougou, balfaso, Africa. They also gave me a phone number which I haven't rang. I have not been able to identify who this woman is. I have googled the name Rose Caroline Malannee, this gave a google + account. The picture I think is a scammer. I have seen the picture before.
