Scammer Celine Falco Celine

I had this person contact me a while ago. Ive delayed putting an entry here to give her chance to write to me again. She hasnt. She stated she didnt speak English, only French. As result of lack of contact I have very little infomation on her. I have not been able to identify her. I checked the email with this site there was nothing recorded. I also googled the pictures there was nothing recorded.
