Typically, the Russian correspondent asks the U.S. citizen to send money or credit card information for living expenses, travel expenses, or "visa costs." The anonymity of the Internet means that the U.S. citizen cannot be sure of the real name, age, marital status, nationality, or even gender of the correspondent. The U.S. Embassy has received many reports of citizens losing thousands of dollars through such scams. American citizens are advised never to send money to anyone they have not met in person.

you can find where they are from the emails address and hub it was sent from ,is contained in the email

Hi All. I have decided to find this person so I have a arranged a private detective to find her and collect the money. I have her cell phone number and know also which mobile operator she use. Of course all the cost will be set on her, and if you also mean that we find the hub where she have send the mails from is perfect. I know also that we can find exactly where she have been with her cell phone also who she been talking to.She have told me that she use the computer at her work and that she work as a finiteness trainer. Full action from my side to find her. So fine if you can give me all additional information you have.
