Hi my new friend !

I am very glad to receive your answer. I don't know where to start to write this letter to you.
I've never done anything like this. I'm trying to get acquainted with the man thus for the first
time. I heard that there are a lot of Internet fraud and I hope you are serious, honest man and
you will not deceive and play games with me and to ask my naked photos. Otherwise I will have
to stop our correspondence if I understand that you are not honest and tries to play with me.
No need to waste your and my time.

In turn, I promise you that I will speak the truth and only the truth, I'm not going to play and
ask for money or anything else. I am an honest woman and I want to find a soul mate in this world
and be happy with him. I want to find a kind, caring man who is ready for real serious relationship
in life.

Okay, let's start our acquaintance! My name is Oksana. I am 35 years old and I have not found my soulmate
still, I'm tired of being alone, and I want to have a family. I live in Russia in the city of Penza.
It is approximately 650 kilometers from Moscow. My birthday is December 30, 1980. My zodiac sign Capricorn.
My parameters: height 170 cm, weight 50 kg. I will attach my photo to this letter so you can see me.

One of my friend (to be exact even the fellow worker) has got acquainted on the internet and has married
the good man from UK. Now she have already live there more than two years and she is very happy. I often
receive letters from her where she describes how there it is good it as her appreciate and respect on work
that she has sensitive and loving husband. And in each letter she edifies me, that I aslo have tried to get
acquainted with someone from another country. She said me that I have addressed in dating agency, in which
found a future husband for her. I have tried. I went to this dating agency and they gave me your email and
I am writing to you now.

Now let's talk about you and I want to ask you some questions:
1. Have you ever had a friend from the other country?
2. Have you ever been in Russia?
3. Where and how you live?
4. Tell me about your work?
5. How do you feel about alcohol?

Perhaps you will be very surprised, but I've never left Russia, somehow it was not necessary. Of course,
I traveled by Russia and I was in such big cities as Moscow and Saint Petersburg. In the future, if we are
going to have a serious relationship, then I'd be happy to come visit you and see how you live. But let's
not rush things. We got to know each other better. I hope you liked my photo and we will continue our
correspondence. I'll be waiting letters with great impatience. Please don't forget to answer my questions.

Your new friend Oksana!

The U.S. Embassy receives reports almost every day of fraud committed against U.S. citizens by Internet correspondents professing love and romantic interest. Typically, the Russian correspondent asks the U.S. citizen to send money or credit card information for living expenses, travel expenses, or "visa costs." The anonymity of the Internet means that the U.S. citizen cannot be sure of the real name, age, marital status, nationality, or even gender of the correspondent. The U.S. Embassy has received many reports of citizens losing thousands of dollars through such scams. American citizens are advised never to send money to anyone they have not met in person.
