Hi, xxx! I really hope that the weather in your country is fine. Because today I have a feeling that a North Pole have moved to my city:). It's terrible snowstorm outside and the temperature is -15C!!! In the morning I found in my wardrobe all the warmest clothes and wear it. BUT when I went out it didn't help me at all! Wind is really cold and strong, because of that it's impossible to look farther ahead one meter! When I was walking on the street I had a feeling that a nature is playing at snowballs with me and couple snowballs was pelted directly into my face and mouth!:) More over I saw couple car accidences on my way, but the most horrible that I haven't see any snowplough! Telling the truth I'm afraid that soon there can appear some problems with Internet, electricity, telephone lines, etc. So, please don't worry if you won't hear from me in couple days... Nevertheless I still hope that everything will be ok and soon the snowstorm will stop:)! Now as for the concert, I'm really glad that I didn't go there, because yesterday it have been retranslating on the local channel:). The concert was really good and all singers made a good show;) Now as for the meeting and the documents I need for a coming to see you. I've got to know first of all I'll need to get international passport (we use Ukrainian one only for internal travelling). It can take from 2 weeks to 1 months. The cost depends on the term. The sooner- the more expensive. 2 weeks-approximately equivalent of 350$. 1 month -250$. After that I would need to to apply for a visa, then get tickets and only after that get the tickets and appear near you. Telling the truth I became really sad when I have got to know how expensive it will be to make that all:(. It's really difficult life for two lonely women. Hi, my dear xxx I was very happy to see another letter from you today:)! How are you doing over there today? Have you mentioned how another work week passed and today it's already Friday?! Do you already have any plans for a coming weekend?:) Anything special:)?! You know today the weather is much better:). The snowstorm have stopped and it's only -10C, BUT I still have a feeling that North Pole moved to my city, as everything over here in snow! It's possible to walk only on the roads for a cars, because all pavements are covered in 50 centimeters height snow! Now our city named as a "city of pedestrians":). There are no milk and bread in the shops, as the cars with this products can't get to the shops! Lots of people who are living far from their offices didn't go to work today as local transport (buses, trams and trolleybuses) is not working. Only kids are happy because of such kind of weather they are playing at snowballs, building a snow houses, etc. They are simply having a fun:)! I wish you were closer to me and we could have a fun with you too. I wish we could go out and play with snow:)! How such idea sounds to you?! I'm curious, can you build a snow house:)?! Now as for the meeting, I can't believe that you want to see me so much, that you will help me with the travel expenses! It is amazing! I'm very happy at the moments, because we will MEET:)))). So, I need to tell you more about documents which I would need to have for a coming to see you, so I would need to have:1. Foreign passport. In my previous letter I wrote you the prices of it. The cost of making it depend on the terms. That is why tell me please on what kind of passport I would need to apply for??? 2. Visa. After receiving foreign passport I would be able to apply for a visa. I got to know that except different references, etc. I would need to pay a 53$ free to Belgium Embassy.3. Tickets. I didn't check prices for them, because I don't know the exact dates when I would be able to travel to you. Also, I have made some searchings in the Internet and have found out about the Western Union, this is such program in a bank, it should be in every city in the world. Sending funds will be very fast, easy and safety. Please found out where you can do this operation in your city and tell me when you will be able to send the funds to me, ok?
