Hello dear XXXX,

Thank you for your reply and I'm really glad that you're interested in
me! I really want to know more about you. Write me please about your
life, about your tastes. I wish I'd know better you features of
character and plans for future. I hope you will share with me with
your past and stories from your life.

And I would love to visit America one day. I hope that our
relationships will be great and I will be able to visit your place ;)
And thank you for your picture. Is it your horse?

What about my English, it's not perfect, sure. I learned it at school
and a little in university. So I have just an average level of it. Any
way, it allows me to write you and understand you. But probably, it's
a little worse in communicating as I never had practise)

And I would love to exchange phone numbers with you, but first, I want
to know you better ;)

You already know that my name is Anya, I'm a single 29 years old woman
from a small village Roskoshnoye which is situated in the East of
Ukraine. I guess you heard about the situation in my country... These
months were awful for me and my family... and for all country, of'
course. We tried to survive every day, and not only because of the
shooting but because of searching for food and medicine. And this
situation hasn't become better now. Before war I was working as a
nanny in a family with two kids. It was a good job with good money.
But now, I'm working sometimes in a local kindergarten, where I'm paid
with cereal only. There are not so many children because a great
amount of people left this territory. I understand them and it's too
sad that I couldn't do it. If only I could I would leave this place
long time ago. Living here is quite tough. There was a situation in
kindergarten when New Years celebration was coming and it was
humanitarian aid for children, but they would better haven't done that
at all. It wasn't enough for all children and they were really upset.
It hurt me so much, I wasn't able even to look at them but I couldn't
help them.

So, you're probably already understood that I have a pedagogical
education. My family consists of me, mom and dad. When the war began
my dad left us for Russia so he could avoid being taken for the war.
If he didn't do it, he would have to kill his people, and fight
against Ukraine. We miss him very much. For a long time already, we
have no news from him. My mother is quite sick, I guess, all this war
situation and father's leaving made a great effect on her health and
mental condition. I really worry about her health because medicine
here is a big problem.I remember being a little girl, riding my
bicycle through my village, never thinking of war and its
consequences.

I think everything is possible in this world. And may be, some day, I
will ride a bicycle again but with someone by my side. And, together,
we will find our way.

And I'd like to know more about you. I will look forward your letter.
Thank you, for being so nice to me.

Yours,
Anya
