I passed all tests and everything and all papers are ready.
I will pass my final interview at the embassy this week and they
will put all stamps in my documents and I will come to see you!
I can't say I'm too much nervous. I know you are waiting for

I rent a small room In an apartment of an old woman here, it's more cheaper then hotel.

to write down the destination city because i don't have a permanent address over here.
